	item codes and descriptions of the goods you wish to order
	your invoice address and delivery address including postcodes
	a daytime telephone number
	payment information, see below
	don't forget to include postage charges!

If you're paying by credit/debit card...

please include the following:
	Card Type (click here for accepted cards)
	Card Number (this is the long number along the middle of the card)
	Expiry Date (and valid from date if your card has one)
	Issue Number (for Switch and Solo cards)
	Name on Card (personal name that is printed on the card)

If you're paying by cheque...

please do the following:
	post the cheque to Just For Fun, Mail Order Department, Unit 5, Hedge End Trade Park, Tollbar Way, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 2JN
	make the cheque payable to "Just For Fun (UK) Ltd Hedge End"
	write your the card number, expiry date and guarantee amount of the Cheque's guaurantee card on the back of the cheque
	please allow a few days for your cheque to clear before we despatch your order
