I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, we can send you an e-mail reminder to the address you first registered with us. To do this, please go to our forgotten password page.

Will you send me marketing e-mails?

Only if you ask us to. When you fill out the form with your name, address and contact details, there is an option to either join our mailing list, or you can select "no thanks", and the only further communication we will make with you will be relating to any orders that you may place with us. You can also manage this preference by going to our mailing list preference page.

Why do I need to register?

Obviously there is a certain amount of information we need to be able to process your order, your name, address and contact details. The only other single piece of information we ask you to provide is a password, which you can then use to login to our website and view the progress of any of your orders. If you do not wish to register in this way, we understand and offer the ability to place your order by telephone, where you do not have to provide your e-mail address, or a password.

How do I register my details with you?

It's simple to register your details with us, so that you can then login at a future date, and make placing orders with us quick and simple. We do not store your payment details for future orders however, for security reasons. If you would like to register your details now, or join our mailing list, please visit our new customer registration page.

How do I edit my details?

It's easy to edit your details and keep them updated online. You can change your name, address, contact details, e-mail address, password and mailing list preferences. To do this, you simply need to visit the Your Account section and login with your password.

Can I change my e-mail address?

Yes, this is simple to do from the Your Account section, simply login in with your existing e-mail address, and then select the Edit my E-mail Address link.

How do I remove my registration?

We can remove your details from our records for you, essentially by deleting your name, address and contact information from our database. We need to keep order information for our own records, but we will associate your order with an anonymous customer record. To do this please send a request by e-mail to customer-service@justforfun.co.uk, or view other ways of contacting us.
