Postage Charges (for the UK)
We offer a variety of straightforward delivery methods, at affordable prices, giving you flexibility and the lowest cost when ordering.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available on all UK orders, and is our standard delivery option for most orders. Delivery is normally within 3-4 days, although this is not guaranteed.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class, or Parcelforce 48, reaching you by 6pm on the day of delivery, and we receive excellent feedback on delivery times. If you require your order urgently, we suggest our Guaranteed or Next Day Delivery services below.
Guaranteed Delivery
The fastest choice for internet orders. Guaranteed Delivery is available on all UK orders placed online, and offers delivery within 2 working days guaranteed (subject to stock availability).

Orders are sent using Parcelforce 24 reaching you by 6pm on the day of delivery, or Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. Delivery is dependent on stock availability and we will call or e-mail you if there is a delay.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery is available as long as all items are in-stock, and your order is placed by telephone on 0333 800 8000 by 4.30pm.

For delivery on a Saturday, please request our Saturday Delivery service at the point of ordering. Delivery is otherwise next working day, so orders placed on Friday are received on Monday. Occasionally orders placed on Friday are received Saturday without this extra service, this is due to Royal Mail operations and is out of our control.
Orders placed using our regular Next Day service are sent using either Parcelforce 24 reaching you by 6pm, or Royal Mail Special Delivery and are delivered by 1pm. Orders placed using our Premium Next Day delivery service are sent using Parcelforce AM. We also offer a timed services for 9am and 10am, please call us for pricing. Delivery is dependent on stock availability and we will call or e-mail you if there is a delay.
International Orders
If you place your order for delivery to an International Address, we will ask you to arrange for your own courier to collect your order from our despatch address, and delivery to yourself. We will prepare your order as normal, and address the package to yourself, and it will then wait at our Hedge End warehouse for collection by your preferred courier.
Providing our international service in this way enables our customers to select their preferred courier, at their preferred cost, and enables you to track your parcel directly with them and liaise on delivery dates.
We will e-mail you when your order is being processed to advise you of the stock status of your order, and to discuss your collection arrangements. Our systems will automatically calculate a 'delivery charge' for your order - please ignore this amount as it will be deducted from your final order.
We hope to resume our normal International Delivery services soon, however we hope you will find these arrangements suitable in the mean time.
Keeping Our Prices Low
We have worked hard to devise a pricing system that fairly reflects our delivery costs. We use pricing tiers which correlate on average to parcel weight and packaging costs.
We also offer free delivery on orders over £40 only, as to offer free delivery on all orders would mean recovering those costs elsewhere, and therefore creating an unfair pricing system to our customers.
