At Just For Fun, we constantly evaluate our prices to bring you the lowest prices, all year round. We work closely with our suppliers, and thanks to our long established relationships, we are able to achieve great prices for the products we buy. This means we are able to pass those savings directly on to you, our customer.

We evaluate cost based on a number of factors, and competitor prices, to ensure that we bring you the lowest price possible at any time. Prices fluctuate in the marketplace, supplier costs change, manufacturing prices alter, and we constantly monitor our costs to keep them as low as possible.

Price Matching Policy

What's more, if you find an item (before we do!) on another website, priced lower than us, we promise to match that price, so long as the other website has the item in-stock, and the conditions below are met.

To request a price match, please read the conditions below, and then e-mail us at price-match@justforfun.co.uk with the following information:

• The item code of the product on our website
• A link (the URL) to the webpage displaying the cheaper product on the other website
• The total purchase price on the other website, including their postage cost

To proceed with your order, you should then call us on 0333 800 8000 (lines are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 4.30pm Sunday), so long as the conditions below are met, we will match the price for you immediately!

When can I price match a product?

• The item must be in stock, and available for despatch today at the other website.
• The other website must be based in the UK, and have stock based in UK.
• The total price to purchase the product (including postage and packing charges) will be used to determine the price difference.
• Sale, special offer, clearance and other discounted items on the other website cannot be included within our price matching policy.
• The item must be brand new at the other website.
• The other website must display clear contact details, including a UK telephone number.
• The item must be an exact match to that on sale at justforfun.co.uk.

Once we have price matched an item, we reserve the right to not continue ongoing negotiations and bidding with a competitor's price. We're afraid that we cannot match prices quoted on auction sites such as eBay. We're happy to offer price matching on orders placed via our mail order department by internet and telephone, however we cannot extend price matching to our local stores.
