Postage Charges (International)
If you place your order for delivery to an International Address, we will ask you to arrange for your own courier to collect your order from our despatch address, and delivery to yourself. We will prepare your order as normal, and address the package to yourself, and it will then wait at our Hedge End warehouse for collection by your preferred courier.
Providing our international service in this way enables our customers to select their preferred courier, at their preferred cost, and enables you to track your parcel directly with them and liaise on delivery dates.
We will e-mail you when your order is being processed to advise you of the stock status of your order, and to discuss your collection arrangements. Our systems will automatically calculate a 'delivery charge' for your order - please ignore this amount as it will be deducted from your final order.
We hope to resume our normal International Delivery services soon, however we hope you will find these arrangements suitable in the mean time.
How can I find a price for delivery?
The following information does not currently apply, we recommend you use a search engine to find an international courier to deliver to your country.
Because international delivery prices are complex (to keep them low), please add required items to your shopping basket, and proceed to the checkout - when you reach the delivery section (this is before payment), your delivery charge will be quoted for your selected country.
