How to Place an Order
Placing an order with us is quick and simple, and we offer a number of ways to do it.
Placing an Order Online
The most popular way to place an order is via our website. It's quick, convenient and 100% secure.
- Search or browse our website to find the products you wish to order
- When viewing a product, click the "Add to Basket" button to add the item to your order
- When you have everything you need, click on the "Your Basket" link on the top right of any page and select the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue to our secure checkout
- Enter your name, delivery and payment details in our simple form
- Review your order and click "Place My Order" to submit your order to us!
- You will receive an Order Reference number should you have any enquiries about your order, and we will send you an e-mail confirmation
Placing an Order by Telephone
Our next most popular way to place an order is by telephone.
- Browse our website and note down any Item Codes of the items you know wish to order
- Any items that you are not sure about, or can't find, we can discuss on the telephone
- Call us on 0333 800 8000 from the UK or +44 1489 772960 from around the world
- Our lines are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 4.30pm Sunday
- Speak to a member of our friendly staff, who will take your order, inform you of the delivery time, and process your payment
- Take a note of your order number should you have any enquiries, that's it!
Placing an Order by Fax, E-mail or Normal Post
You may wish to place your order (because it is quicker, or fits in with your routine) by fax, e-mail or by normal post. We are happy to receive orders in this way, here's how to place your order:
- To place an order by fax, please send your order including Name, Address (delivery and invoice), list of products (with item codes) to 01489 789068. Please also include your telephone number so that we can call you to arrange payment.
- To place an order by e-mail, please send all the above order details to us at orders@justforfun.co.uk. Please do not include your credit or debit card details in your e-mail, we will call you to arrange payment.
- To place an order by post, please send all the above order details to: Just For Fun Mail Order Department, Unit 5, Hedge End Trade Park, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 2JN. Please make all cheques payable to "Just For Fun (UK) Ltd Hedge End", thank you.
