Our Returns Policy
We are happy to offer a hassle free returns policy. This means that you may send any item back to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund including postage (for standard delivery orders).
Our returns policy is fully described in Clause 8 of our Terms and Conditions - this page summarises that information.
Hassle Free Returns
If you have received delivery of any items from us that you do not wish to keep, you may let us know within 7 days of your intent to return the item(s), and we will be happy to provide a full refund, including postage. We request that once you have notified us, you return the items to us within a further 7 days. We will always aim to process your refund immediately upon receipt of the goods, and always within 30 days. If you wish to return an item to us and the 7 days since delivery has passed, we may be able to offer an exchange or credit note for your order, less postage, up to a maxumum of 30 days after receipt.
We will provide a full refund, including postage, for standard orders returned in accordance with our policy. For guaranteed (express, next day and premium next day delivery) orders, we will provide a full refund less postage costs. This is inline with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000).
Also in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), you are required to return the unwanted items to us at your own cost, and you must take reasonable care of the items while they are in your posession, also ensuring that they are delivered back to us in a safe way. We request that you return all original packaging with your order. For heavy orders, we may be able to offer a collection service, for a fee, which will often be cheaper than returning to us via normal post.
Not wishing to sound too formal, but for legal reasons, if we do not receive the goods back in a suitable condition, or within a reasonable amount of time, we reserve the right to place a claim for breach of contract under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) which may affect your right to a refund. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for health reasons, and we reserve the right to not process a refund for items which are unsealed, of the following categories:
- Wigs
- Fangs & Fake Teeth
- Tights
- Contact Lenses
- Eyelashes
- Wig Caps
- Moustaches and Facial Hair
We hope you understand our commitment to hygiene relating to these items. We are also unable to receive return of items that are custom made, such as Customer Printed Balloons.

Returning faulty or damaged items
Whislt we strive for perfection and a supreme service, sometimes things can go wrong.
If any items within your order are defected, damaged or incorrect, you may return your order in part, or full, to us for a full refund including postage. We will also provide a freepost address for you to return your items to, or for heavier items, offer to collect your items from your address. We will dedicate ourselves to arrange any replacement items that you may require, perhaps for a specific date, and will refund to you any differences in cost. We will never charge postage costs for replacement or exhanged items in this case.
