Our Returns Policy
We are happy to offer a hassle free returns policy. This means that you may send any item back to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less postage).

Hassle Free Returns
If you have received delivery of any items from us that you do not wish to keep, you may let us know within 7 days of your intent to return the item, and you then have a further 7 days to return the items to us. If you wish to return an item to us and the 7 days has passed, we may be able to offer an exchange or credit note for your order, up to a maxumum of 30 days after receipt.
All items returned to us must be received in their original packaging, and in an unused condition.

Returning faulty or damaged items
If any items within your order are defected, damaged or incorrect, you may return your order in part, or full, to us for a full refund including postage. We will also provide a freepost address for you to return your items to.
