Our Returns
Policy
Goods can be
returned under clause 8 in
our Terms and Conditions. The information on this page
summarises the procedure.
Returning a
non-faulty item
If you have
received goods from us (ordered by you), which you are not
happy with, or do not want, then you may return them to us for a
refund (minus postage costs), if you let us know within 7 (seven)
days of
receipt. You must then send us the goods within 30
(thirty) days of contacting us.
If you want
to send goods back to us, and more than 7 (seven) days have passed
since you received your order, a refund will not be given. However,
you
are entitled to an exchange or credit note if you contact us and
send the goods back to us within 30 (thirty) days of receipt.
Any non-faulty
goods returned to us must be received in their original packaging,
and in an
unused
condition.
If you decide
to return goods, you should telephone our customer services department
on 08451 66 22 44 (international: +44 (0)1489 772960) and inform
us of the return. You will be reminded of your order reference
number, which you should clearly mark on the returned package.
We will then
contact you and an exchange, credit note, or refund will be arranged,
depending on the circumstances mentioned above. Should
you choose an exchange, you will be liable to pay the difference
on an
exchange
totaling
higher
than
your original
order. Postage does not constitute as part of the exchange,
and postage must be paid again for the items sent to you in exchange. Postage
does not constitute as part of the credit note.
We cannot dispatch
replacement items or credit notes until the returned items have been
received by us.
Redeeming a
credit note can either be done in store, or when placing a mail order
by phone or post. It
is not possible to use a credit note against an Internet order.
Returning a
faulty item
We always try
our hardest to make sure that you receive your order in it’s best
condition, however, if you have received an item that is faulty,
or has been damaged by post, please return it to the address below
within 30 (thirty) days of receipt, and we will, in return, promptly
replace it. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage
when sending the item.
