Delivery of your order

Standard Delivery Orders...

We pride ourselves in our speed of service, and often receive good feedback from our customer's about this element of our service, we work hard to make sure that most orders are received within 1-3 days.

However your order may be delayed for one of the following reasons:

• At least one of the items you have ordered has a despatch time of more than 1-3 days (an expected despatch time can be found on the product's info page).  We endeavor to have items despatched ASAP, but higher despatch time items may take a little longer.
• Something you have ordered is out-of-stock.  If this is the case, you will receive an e-mail informing you how long the item will take to be back in-stock.  You will then be given the option to either: wait for the item; pause the item and have the rest of your order sent; or remove the item and have the rest of your order sent.
• Royal Mail is having difficulties delivering your goods.  You may have supplied an incorrect address, or the parcel may be too big to post through your letterbox, and there may be nobody in to accept the parcel.  If this is the case, you will be left a note from the postman and the item will be kept at your local depot for you to collect.
• You have ordered a large quantity of one item.  We usually keep a large stock of items, but sometimes it may be necessary for us to order more items should a customer place a large quantity order.  This usually only adds 2-5 days to the despatch time, but it may take longer.  You will be advised should this be the case.

Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery Orders...

Orders placed by Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery online will be received within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on a Friday are usually received Monday but may not be delivered until Tuesday.  Orders placed on a Saturday could take up to Wednesday to be received as if the order is placed late on the Saturday we may not receive until the following Monday. Please click here for information on Postcode areas that may take a little longer than the guaranteed 2 days. It is often the case that 2 day orders are received by Next Day delivery.

There is a special procedure for delivery of orders with out-of-stock items. If you have requested 2 Day delivery and there are items which are unavailable for whatever reason, we will usually try to contact you by telephone or e-mail to ask what you would like to do; if we are unable to contact you then the remainder of your order will be sent to you by Guaranteed Delivery. Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would not like this to happen.

NEXT DAY Delivery Orders...

Orders placed by Next Day Delivery (either by telephone, or online and subsequently upgraded by telephone) will be received the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday may be received on the Saturday - please let us know if you do not want delivery on the Saturday.

International Orders...

International orders take longer to deliver, expected delivery time is shown when you check-out.
