Returns Procedure
This page explains our Returns Procedure, under our hassle-free returns policy. It is important to read our returns policy first, to ensure that your order qualifies for return.
1. Check your order is eligible for return
Please read our returns policy to ensure that your order is eligible for return under our hassle-free returns policy. If you have any queries, please contact us. If your order qualifies for return, you do not need to telephone us, please continue to follow the procedure below. We will not process a returns claim if, upon inspection, the goods do not qualify for return under our returns policy.
2. Is your order damaged, faulty or incorrect?
If your order has been received damaged in the post, has a product fault or defect, or is incorrect or incomplete, we can replace these items for you, or offer a full refund including postage. Please call us on 0333 800 8000 (lines are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and from 10.30am to 4.30pm, international customers please call +44 1489 772960) or e-mail us at customer-service@justforfun.co.uk, and we will provide you with our FREEPOST returns address, so that no cost is incurred. You can then continue the returns procedure from step 3 below. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences this will have caused.
If your order is not damaged, faulty or incorrect, please continue to step 3 below.
3. Inform us of your return
Once you have confirmed that your order is eligible for return, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order (this does not apply for faulty, damaged or incorrect orders) by e-mail to returns@justforfun.co.uk, and include your full name along with your order number and reason for return. You do not need to wait for us to reply to this e-mail before you proceed to the next step and return the goods to us.
If you wish to return your order outside of the 7 day period, but within a 30 day period, we may be able to offer you an exchange or credit note, less postage, for your order, please call us on 0333 800 8000 to discuss this.
4. Prepare your order for return
Please return each item with its original packaging, it is your duty to take reasonable care of the item while it is in your posession, and then package securely for return. We recommend that you re-use the packaging we sent your order to you in.
5. Include your order number and reason for return
Please include your order reference number (this is printed on your invoice, and will also be in your order acknowledgement e-mail we sent you), and a brief reason for return so that we may process your refund. You may also wish to exchange the returned items in your order for other products, please include any item codes for products you would like in exchange. Any extra balance can be paid via these payment methods, any less balance will be refunded to you in the normal way.
6. Address the parcel, and take to the post office
You may also wish to send your return parcel via your preferred courier. We recommend that you use a recorded or 'trackable' delivery service as the parcel will remain your responsibility until it is received back at our despatch centre.

For heavier items, we may be able to offer you a collection service for a fee, which will usually be cheaper than sending by Royal Mail 1st Class.
7. We will process your return as soon as possible
We will process your return as soon as possible after we have received it and confirmed it is eligible for return (normally the same day, although this can be longer at busier times) and notify you by e-mail or telephone to let you know that we have either refunded your order (for standard orders, this will include the postage charge), or despatched your exchanged items. We will always issue your refund within 30 days of your notification of cancellation.
For standard orders where you have chosen to return your order within 7 days from receipt, we will refund your order in full, including postage. For guaranteed orders sent using our premium delivery services, we will refund the cost of goods only. This is in-line with the British legislation Distance Selling Regulations (2000).
