Tracking Your Order
We believe in making it as easy as possible to track your order with us.
We therefore have up-to-the-minute tracking information online, and use courier services for our Guaranteed orders that enable online parcel tracking, right up to the moment your order is delivered to your door. When your order is despatched, we will also send you an e-mail to let you know, and if your order was sent via a 'trackable' service, we will include that tracking number too.
To track your orders now, visit the Your Account section and then select "Go to Your Order History" under the Your Orders section. The latest status of your order will be displayed here, and if your order has been despatched, there will be a direct link to track your parcel online.
