How can I check the progress of my order?

If you placed your order online, simply go to the Your Account section, log-in with your e-mail address and password, and then choose the Order Tracking option.  You will then be able to view the current status of any order you have previously placed online.

If you have placed your order by post or phone, or you would simply prefer to speak to a member of staff about your order, then call us on 08451 66 22 44 (international +44 1489 772960) between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm GMT Monday to Saturday, and we will be more than happy to assist you.  It would be helpful to us if you could have your online reference number handy at the time of calling.
