How do I cancel an order?
If you placed your order online,
firstly go to the Your Account section,
log-in with your e-mail address and password, and then choose
the Order Tracking option. You will then be able to view
the current status of any order you have previously placed online. If
the status of your order indicates that you can still cancel
your order, then you can do so online, simply follow the onscreen
instructions.
If it is too
late to cancel the order online, then you may still be able to cancel
the order by calling us on 08451 66 22 44 (international +44 1489
772960) between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm GMT Monday to Saturday.
NB: Once your order has been
despatched, return of the goods is subject to the conditions
of our returns policy, for more information on this, click
here.
If you have
placed your order by post or phone, or you would simply prefer to
speak to a member of staff about your order, then call us on 08451
66 22 44 (international +44 1489 772960) between the hours of 9.00am
and 6.00pm GMT Monday to Saturday, and we will be more than happy
to assist you. It would be helpful to us if you could have
your online reference number handy at the time of calling.
